    750 wrong part number

Just received some airbox to carb rubbers for my 'new' GSX750ET from Robinsons (part is listed in the book as 'hose outlet'). The parts books give the original part number as 13881-49200 superceded by 13881-49021. These do not fit - they're too big.

I phoned Robinsons to discuss and their parts guy told me the parts book is wrong; he's got written in pencil in the book 013881-45450 and they're smaller. Good on them, he's going to send the correct ones when I send the wrong ones back - no extra charge as it's 'Suzuki's fault'.

I've just checked this with some online fisches and they're wrong as well.

Thanks for the good scoop. I think it was only wrong on the 80-81 fiches but, of course, they made no correction when they figured it out.

Suzuki is definitely fallible. They list the wrong airbox boot clamps for the my bike so I had to order the clamps from a different model bike to get the proper ones. Big pain. Suzuki also sometimes mixes up parts in the bin which is a different kind of error. What to do?
