There is so much to remember about all of this. And I am so glad there are so many knowledgeable people here to help. This place is truly awesome.

Other things I am remembering and haven't put up (I don't think I have anyway). It also has a UNI filter. One of the oil kinds. It was lightly, and I mean lightly, oiled and put in. Should I consider replacing that with a stock paper air filter?

DO you think I should consider getting the stage 1 for this?

The uni filter is fine, just make sure it's clean and if it takes oil, oil it correctly.

It really depends on how it runs. A kit might not be needed, but if you are constantly having problems, it could help, and also give you a bit of a hp boost as well.

You'll just have to do plug chops when you have it up and running and identify problem areas through the throttle range.

ok finally got all the misc parts and got the carbs dipped and cleaned properly.
Have the screws set to 2 and 1/4.

Took it out for a short ride. Long enough to put a burn on the plugs. About 2 miles. Going to go check the plugs after dinner.

        List:
        Changed the GOil and filter
Took off homemade lid on airbox. (4 in 1)
        Coil relay
        New Front brake switch
        Front brakes rebuilt
Carbs dipped and rebuilt. Thanks Cycle O Rings and blowerbike.
        Set idle to ~1100

It's a 1000 degrees today. Got the bike hot. Pulled up to stop light and she didn't die. I idled into the garage. I was amazed.

        Left to do:
        Highest Idle
        Vacuum Sync

People, listen to the wise ones here. Now, I'm a believer.

Edit : Although I can whip those carbs off and have them back on in 5 minutes now. I still hate getting that air box on.
