Hi Mr. rayray,

Yes, those are overflow nipples. They get rubber hoses that drain to the ground. I'm assuming that you have some kind of '77-'79 Suzuki motorcycle with VM carbs. thanks alot i just needed to know what they did because im about to start it for the first time in 5 years I put the tank on and it leaked out a little and i figured they were overflow but needed to know.

and also i live in manchester nh I picked up this almost mint 79 gs850 for 65 bucks if i get it running id be glad to show it off !!!!

A bike that hasnt run in five years might need a little attention.
