Does anyone know if there are stock or aftermarket exhausts available for this model? I'm looking for a stock exhaust if possible although I would settle for an aftermarket unit if need be.
I currently have a painted 4 into 1 aftermarket header system (make undetermined) with a Mac 24" megaphone style muffler (crappy chrome issues). This setup is detracting from the looks of the bike and I'd like to replace it with a new good quality package. Stock would be best but I'm having issues finding any available. Ditto with aftermarket stuff.
I understand the heads on the 1981 model year were different from either prior or subsequent years. Are newer systems able to be made to fit? Does anyone know exactly what the differences in the 81 model year were?
