    carb mounting order

    Hey guys, like a total newb I started disassembling my carbs without first consulting the Carb Rebuild Tutorial. So far so good, except that I didn't mark the carbs to be put back in order. Is that going to be a big issue? If so... how do I know which go where?

    They'll only slot together in one formation but as we don't know which bike you have we can't help you with what to look for.
    79 GS1000S
    79 GS1000S (another one)
    80 GSX750
    80 GS550
    80 CB650 cafe racer
    75 PC50 - the one with OHV and pedals...
    75 TS100 - being ridden (suicidally) by my father

      knowing what bike you have may give us a clue to help you
      1978 GS1085.

          The 2 outside carbs have fuel inlets on one side only (their inside).

          The 2 insides have the carb vent tubes on their outsides.

          This will show you:

          79 GS1000S
          79 GS1000S (another one)
          80 GSX750
          80 GS550
          80 CB650 cafe racer
          75 PC50 - the one with OHV and pedals...
          75 TS100 - being ridden (suicidally) by my father
