Fuel line is 7 mm ID, I'm not sure about the vent hoses but I think they are 8.5 mm ID.
The original Suzuki lines are much nicer than trying to use automotive fuel hose which is thick with a cloth braid inside to withstand high pressure, which our bikes don't have.Last edited by Nessism; 08-20-2011, 07:00 PM.Ed

i imagine it's quite important to get the correct size fuel line? I have 1/4 inch ID that seems to fit, but I don't want to use it if that will cause problems.

Hi,
Should be similar to this. Read:
Where Do These Hoses Go?
OEM is always best. But I have substituted from time to time.
Thank you for your indulgence,
