    Not starting...with video!

So there is the video of me trying to start the bike after re-assembling it.
I am not sure if you can tell but it sounds like it wants to start.
    What I have:
I have spark at all cylinders.
I have fuel, Maybe too much. (never touched mix screws, don't know where they are.)
    I have air too.
Those 3 things present are nice.
I get some backfire occasionally when starting.
    The carbs have been rebuilt.
I did have an issue with the cam gear jumping the chain and I reset it to factory specs. Exactly. I went over the book and this site multiple times to get it right.
It seems like a timing issue though, it is an electronic ignition I haven't worked with.

    Any thoughts?

If the cam chain jumped you could have bent your valves. Have you done a compression test cold?

You didn't "rebuild" the carbs if you don't even know where the mixture screws are set. Honestly, unless you do the job properly you are just guessing. My signature has a thread, and a carb rebuild tutorial, you should check out.

BTW, your bike is not a 1979 unless someone changed the engine

Bike is turning over pretty easily.
        I'd check the compression.
Do a poor man version and put your finger over the spark plug hole and see if it pops your finger off of it.
If you do try putting the crank trigger on the advance 180 degrees different then you have it now.
