    jets

can someone help me find some info on the proper jetting for my bike. I have posted in other threads the size of the jets in my carbs. I have gone back to the stock air box and i do have a 4-1 hindle header on it. I have contacted dyno jet and they tell me they have no listing for my bike and i have contacted hindle and they dont call me back. If anyone can help me with what i should put in it would be greatly appreciated. I just got the bike about a 2 months ago and i don't know what the PO did before me.

    Have you looked here?

Pretty much all the 650's listed have the same jetting with some small variances.

      Hi,

With the stock airbox and modified exhaust, you may have to use a little trial and error. Start with one or two sizes up on the mains and raise the needles a notch. Perhaps adjust the idle mixture mixture screws out a little (use the "highest idle method"). Then do some plug chops to see how close you are. Adjust and repeat as necessary.

      Thank you for your indulgence,
