GS1100GK ~ Attach throttle cable ~ *sigh*

I did due diligence looking for a photo on the forums, but....

As you may know, I'm pretty much a newbie. So....I'm installing my rebuilt carbs. I took pictures of just about everything beforehand, so that helped.

Got the various hoses and the choke cable attached properly.

But the one thing I didn't take a picture of is exactly where the friggin' throttle cable attaches to the carb. I know where the end of the cable HOUSING mounts, but not where the nubby on the end of the cable itself actually goes.

Does anybody have a picture of this, or can you point me to one?

And I realize now (after the fact) that I should have installed the throttle cable BEFORE putting the carbs back in. But I still don't know where it goes, so I'd be asking anyway

Dead center of the carb bank. Hard to miss the large spring attached to the mounting plate.
You will have to remove the carbs again to re-attach them.

Yep, Sadly, you will have to pull the carbs part way out to access the linkage.
