HELP! Need H pipe to finish project

Need the H pipe for a GS1000s GS1100E or other GS's. These are common to many of the GS bikes. Fitting to 82 GS1000SZ Katana. This is the last item on my restoration. Brock 972-596-5305.

    Is it a separate pipe?

I seem to remember that the 1000s had pipes that went into each other, between #2 and #3, with only a clamp joining them. The sides of the "H" are welded to #2 and #3, and did not appear to be replaceable.

The 850s had a separate piece between the pipes, and was easy to replace with extensions on #2 and #3 to simply eliminate the "H".

EDIT: Just re-read your post and saw that it was for the Kat. I looked up that system on the parts fiche and saw that it has a larger chamber, like the 850, but it appears to be solidly attached. It actually appears that #2 and #3 are actually one piece, joined by that crossover chamber. On the 850s, that chamber is removeable.

It is part number 14100-49303-H01. The two headers and the crossover are one piece.
