    GS850 airbox ??

I can't find the rubber gaskets between the chrome side covers and the airbox on anyones exploded view---mine are shot---help por favor....

No longer available. They were originally glued to the air box, so they were only available with a new air box. There is no known part number for ordering them.

If I remember correctly, BassCliff's site has a write-up on how to replace them with foam weather strip. Back when it was my turn to ask, I was told it's an 850 owner's rite of passage. The gist of it is to use closed-cell foam and remember to separate the upper and lower chambers of the box.

Thanks folks, I pretty much did the repairs that were shown on the "fix". I may try to make them more permanent now that I realize that new rubbers are out.
