Stumble going to WFO at 4000

I can inch up without any issue
The bike rolls on perfectly to its top end but when I am at 4000 RPM and crack open the throttle I get a grumble bit of lag and downshift to clear it.

    SO another carb clean gack

    Or is it something else?

When it "stumbles", hold it there for as long as it will allow you to. What happens?

NEVER SNEAK UP ON A SLEEPING DOG..NOT EVEN YOUR OWN.

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.

The stumble seem to be clearing
I checked the plugs and 1 3 and 4 looked a bit rich
        2 had soot though.

I think I will dump some naptha gas in it to clean her out.

Some fool had his idle screws set at 3.5 turns out
Tried the highest idle method and, no surprise, the stumble is gone.

Runs like a bat out of hell.

Just keep your friends away from your bike and you will be fine.
