My exhaust is kind of nasty, surface rust, rotted out baffles, etc. If this is off a 77 it should fit my bike I think, but what are they?

Crap... so they were doing a bridge lift, or rather finishing one on the interstate bridge, and I didn't have time to wait through traffic since I had to be at work. He had someone else coming to look at the same time so they're probably gone now
