    77 gs750 jet sizes??????

    Im wondering what the stock jet sizes are and what jet kit to get for pods and 4 to 1 exhaust. Cant seem to find a kit for a 77 thanks for all help

      Jetting an old 750 for pods and pipes is not a simple answer. More like an entire religion.

      Start with upping the mains by 3-4 sizes and shifting the needle to the 4th clip down.

      Also, check the sizes on your current jets. The '77 had larger jets than identical bikes in '78-79, but also called for a much higher float setting. Odds are that a PO may have reset the carbs to the 78-790 standards, especially since that is what Clymer's says to do.
