Your best bet AFAIK, is from Caswell, a "small" UK company:

      Caswell Phenolac 2 part epoxy
      '83 GS650G
'83 GS550es (didn't like the colours in the 80's, but they've grown on me)

Por-15 contact the manufacturer and ask about the ethanol. Por-15 sets up like a rock.

caswell is best for sealing on top of rust.
(for severely rusted tanks where acid may further enduce pinholes)
The liner is clear, so whatever your tank looks like before the liner...it's going to look like after! lol

por-15 for me. I've used it twice with no issues.

I've used Por-15 on 3 bikes without fail. Once to replace Kreem brand tank liner that started coming off within a year. (What a pain!)

Another vote for POR 15, and when I got mine it specifically stated it would be safe with Ethanol.

I just bought some KBS, half the price of POR 15 and Caswells, figured it was worth a punt, I'll report back in a few days.

                        Thank you, thank you.
Ive heard Caswell's is very good but quite expensive...
I'll be interested in the reports ov the POR15 stuff.

                        Thanx again.

I was able to do the prep work and lining all in the same day with the POR 15 but I did it a few months before my bike was done, so plenty of time to cure before fuel went in there.

Just make sure you follow the instructions to the letter and when you're drying it out before lining it, I used a hair dryer off and on for an hour or so to make 100% sure it was dry... then I did it some more.

You don't want any moisture sitting in there when you put the liner in.
