83 GS 450 tank mount
Does anyone have a clue what size and thread the 83 GS450LD tank bolt is. I had one of the cheapy bolts break and the other is currently soaking with PB Blaster to try to get them out. I was going to try to get some replacements if anyone knows the size. I am away from home or I'd try to crank the other one out and take it with me to size it upTags: None

The Suzuki part number is 01500-06307, which tells you that it is M6 x 30.
Virtually all of the M6 hardware on the bike is the standard 1.0 pitch.

Thanks steve picked it up on the way home.
Anyone got any great ideas on getting the 6 bolts that hold the R&R,Ignition, and starter solenoid? I have no impact driver and these old phillips heads are crap. I have used wd, pb blaster , let it soak, stomped my feet, called it names, and cussed a ton. None of it is working.

A blue-tipped wrench would be a last resort.
