So tonight I took apart my carbs and of course I had to run into one horrible screw... One of my pilots crews was so stubborn that it ended up stripping inside the hole. I tried penetrating oil, everything but heat. All the other ones came out no problem! So any ideas on how to get it out? Also, I've been looking for a replacement screw but haven't found any... Does anyone know where I would be able to locate one?

I've had good luck getting parts for my 1978 VM26 carbs from "Jets R Us".
As to the stripped screw???? You may have removed the threads from the carb body, or not. Hopefully not. Worst case, you may need to scrounge the bike wrecking yards in your area for a used carb body.

Huh weird I found the exact same thing, on the exact same year/make. I am currently looking for another carb body since I, uhhh, "misplaced" some very small parts when i was cleaning the carbs this week
