    Choke Cable Help

When I pull up my choke it just falls back down and wont stay up for more than a few seconds. How can I stiffen this up? Do I need a new cable?

pull it up and twist to the right, it should stay up then

Just remember, an opinion without 3.14 is just an onion!

If it won't stay up when you twist it, the friction lock part of the cable is shot, replace it.

Until you get it replaced you can stick a coin between the part of the choke mechanism that moves out from the left side of the carburetor and the carb body. Crude but it will work.

Well I tried to twist it but it does not turn in either direction. If I order a new choke cable will that be part of it or is it in the the actual choke knob?

The cable includes everything. Get a Suzuki one, the others suck.
