Finally a Response back for Motorcyclecarbs.com

Wow nearly 5 months later I finally got a response from these guys. Funny thing is I had just sent out one more email 2 days ago and here is what I got concerning the petcock I had ordered from them.
Why couldn't they have said this months ago....

    Motorcyclecarbs.com

    Sir:
    Our apologies.
Your order was cancelled because one small part was no longer available to complete the kit. We use three vendors to complete and assemble this kit but one of them decided not to make the part anymore as the demand in the market does not cover their cost to mass produce it.
We also did not collect payment from your card ending in 9573. When you placed the order on our website, you authorized our gateway to reserve the amount equal to the total cost of the order. However, we still need to process it on our end within 30 days before the authorization ends to make the sale final. It is our business practice not collect payment until we are ready to ship. As the order was not completed within the 30 days limit, the authorization expired and the payment reserve was voided automatically by our gateway,. Your card was never charged.
Below is the result of the voided authorization.
