Ya I dipped each carb for 24hrs in Berrymans(sp) and got all the orings from the oring guy. I'd rather not take my carbs off until I have to. They have been on/off the bike countless times

Ok I just did another mileage check 111 miles in 2.945 gal. That's much better. About 37.5 . Not bad. But she bogs a little at wot from low rpm, that may be the pods, the plugs are usually caked, and the exhaust reeks of gas. Maybe I'm just being paranoid. She will start without choke but barely and won't idle. And starts at about 4k when first start, choked fully up. A little backfire on warmup too. I may use my dads phone and take a video later.

Toasty, I kind of don't know what I'm doing with the screws. I don't know if in or out is more or less mixture.

The richness is due to the fuel jet being either too large or wound OUT too far.
The fuel jet is used for approximately the third of throttle. The needle jet is responsible for the second third and the main jet for the final third. There is some overlap between them. Of course the size of the main comes into play with the needle jet.
With a main jet of 105 with your set up I would guess if you ran at high rpm for a while and cut the engine you'd find your plugs pretty much white - running too lean. Blueing pipes is an indication.
This is very bad as it will eventually result overheating and burning your valves.-Mal

Ok so my next will be to check needle jet and put in some 117.5s mains. And throw in new plugs and see if there is a change in startup and idle. That sound like a smart move?

screw like this

Air screw is on the side of each carb, turning the screw out will let more air in (leaner) and vice versa.
You can easily get to the air screws with the carbs on the bike. You can also adjust the fuel screws with the carbs on the bike, #1 and #4 are easy, #2 and #3 a little more difficult. You'll need a 3 or 4 inch screwdriver to get to the fuel screw if you leave the carbs on the bike. (screw tip fitted into a socket will work)
