GS450 Carbs

Hi and welcome... do you just mean 450 carbs from different years?
The 80 - 82 models are the same and they changed in 83. I'm sure I've seen someone on here put 83 or later carbs on an 80 - 82 model successfully.
I'm unsure if any jetting changes were required but if your intake and exhaust are stock I'd run with stock jetting and go from there.
I also have a feeling someone has put GS500 carbs on a 450 as well...1982 GS450E - The Wee Beastie

GS450 Carbs
Thanks, all parts are original spec. It took 12 months of searching before I found an original front cowling. Don't think there are many left on the planet!
