    If you have to scrub them or blast you should see what gasoline will do first as you will want to know will it break down the deposits in the tight nook and crannies where you will not easily reach inside the carbs and do not blast the insides.
    I do not know if it will clean them or not and may be a good idea to try in a small spot not easy seen first in case it discolors them due to chemical reaction.

      No. Pine sol is an acid also so there will be no neutralizing. Weak base or DI water is probably a better choice.

        My first carb cleaning i used some super purple cleaner, they looked like yours, I ended up spray painting them with hammerite paint, this was three years ago, they run fine.



        next set of carbs i used berrymens lol
