Should I do anything else while my carbs are apart?

I'd definitely replace it, or try to get it unstuck first. I just got my carbs back together and everything was working fine, until I noticed a gas leak from the no. 3 carb. A small piece of plant matter had gotten into my gas (I assume) and been sucked into below the float needle valve which was causing that carb to overflow. Moral of the story, be meticulously clean! I had it outside w/ no top on my rigged gas can so definitely my fault.
    How's your project coming along?

Mine has had replacements (both sets) done by the PO, so I was lucky.
If they hadn't it would be on my list!
