My yoshi header got a large dent just below the elbow leaving the head from a crash. Last year i finally removed it and had a local custom car shop cut out and replace the bad section. it came out great. He even recreated the bend and welded it back together. it was however black not chrome , so hi temp paint covered up most signs of repair. that one being so close to the collector may be another story however.sigpic

Had a great sound1983 GS 1100E w/ 1230 kit, .340 lift Web Cams, Ape heavy duty valve springs, 83 1100 head with 1.5mm oversized SS intake valves, 1150 crank, Vance and Hines 1150 SuperHub, Star Racing high volume oil pump gears, 36mm carebs Dynojet stage 3 jet kit, Posplayr's SSPB, Progressive rear shocks and fork springs, Dyna 2000, Dynatek green coils and Vance & Hines 4-1 exhaust.
1985 GS1150ES stock with 85 Red E bodywork.

got the exhaust in, time to have some fun :-) its not as bad as it looked, but will need some tlc with a steel ball and some cleaning supply
