New they're about $101 shipped to the USA (don't see a Canada page) with pouch. I paid $75 used for mine from a member on this site, but it's also the newer Carbtune Pro, not the II. Not sure what the difference really is; not much I suspect.

Thanks for the info. I do wonder what the pro and II difference is now.
The website is a bit of a disjointed affair.

Get a Carbmate with the adapter- you'll never look back.

The problem with the Carbmate is that you are only looking at two cylinders at a time.

You have to be able to see all four at once to do the job quickly and accurately.

I would have paid $80 for that. I have a mercury manometer and it is a pain to carry around and if it spills I can't refill it easily. The morgan uses steel rods and I hear it works very well. I have also used the Suzuki one with the steel balls and that one works pretty well also but you have to make sure the balls are all synced before every use.

Not with the adapter- the beauty of the the Carbmate is you'll never have to pull the carbs and do a bench synch should you get them out of whack. Just re- zero and and start over. It is so easy it's silly.

Watch how fast it takes to to the carbs.
SynchroMate & CarbMate are 2 cylinder carburetor / fuel injection throttle body synchronizers. A 4 channel adapter can be used to expand for 4 cylinder synch...

Just watched the video. If only it were that simple.

Once you have the opportunity to see the vacuum levels of all four cylinders at the same time, you will see that changing any one adjustment affects all four levels, but in different amounts. You can't simply balance pairs as shown in the video.

By the way, you don't have to pull the carbs to do a bench sync before you do a vacuum sync. The only reason to do a bench sync is because you have just had all the parts spread across your workbench, and need to get the sync close enough to start the bike. If you have a bike that is already running, all you need to do is a vacuum sync. If you are pulling the carbs to do a bench sync first, you are making a LOT of extra work for yourself.

I have used this multiple times and can adjust to within .05 Hg- no other gauge set will give that accuracy. It is that easy- I'll let you borrow to see!
I have done bench synchs to get a starting point to get the bike started- but with these- one isn't even necessary- you can go from the bench to the bike and dial everything in perfectly- You do balance pairs- 3 to 4 then 1to 2 then 2 to 3. Perfection I pulled the Carbmate off and checked with analogs and they were spot on.
