You'd probably do better buying a new one, those rebuild kits have a high failure rate.
Don't know what model you have but they're still available.

+1 on this one, tried repairing/rebuilding two of them, it would have been cheaper and a lot faster in the long run just to buy new OEM and be done with it. Boulevard has great prices and they can usually get it to ya in a week.

Get a replacement from Z1 Enterprises; they aren't that expensive

Check Eran's location,he's in Israel.US sources might be a bit slow and pricey shipping wise.

                Oops...sorry

What about CMSNL? I hear the European guys brag about them fairly often.

I have no problem ordering from the u.s
euro prices are almost always higher
so you say the Z1 replacement is good?

+1 on buying a new one. I learned my lesson. Also, make sure you get the right one; the one for L models is different.

That picture looks exactly the same as mine, no PRI position but there's a brass flat head screw to the right of the lever that you undo for a short time to prime the carbs.

With mine, I found the problem was that the metal disc inside was shattered, and no rebuild kits include the metal disc.

I bought a new one from Boulevard Suzuki, less than $US80 at the time. Good deal I say!
