    gs 650 intake boots

I was just wondering if anyone has had success rebuilding gs 650 intake boots? I plan on trying to rebuild them with some aircraft grade sealer PRC, to join the flange to the boot.....should I fail, can anyone recommend a parts house for these intake boots? thanks

Buy new ones with nice flexiable rubber. http://www.partshark.com/

Don't forget new o-rings from Robert Barr. http://www.cycleorings.com/

Z1 Enterprises specializes in quality Motorcycle parts for Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha Classic Japanese motorcycles from the 1970's and 1980's.

This will be your best bet, brother. You should replace them with softer ones for a better seal if you fail. Good luck. You could always create a picture guide on how to do it for future inquiring minds.

Any idea if the rebuild idea worked? My boots are pliable but have started separating from the flange part of the mounting plate that they are mounted to.
