1981 gs 550 not running

    1981 gs 550 not running

    my 81 gs550 t was running but usual carb problem of petrol running out so got carbs rebuilt new seal o rings needles e.t.c and air mixture 3 and half turns started and run but was running a bit low on idle so adjusted idle screw and I think I adjusted it a bit far now wont start any ideas?

    Have you already turned it back? Do you have fuel in the bowls?

        "got carbs rebuilt" means someone else did work?? were carb rebuild kits used or just new o-rings?

        Is this bike new-to-you? is there fuel in bowls?
        do you understand proper use of "choke" system- NO throttle input, just pull out knob and crank?

          complete carb kit fuel bowls full have it running now but it wont tick over properly and when it stops its hard to start again

              was running fine before I got carbs done up except it was leaking petrol
