    Fuel will leak out in carb throat thru main and idle holes before it reaches top of bowl and vents. If vacuum petcock is in "ON" spot (and bike isn't running) any fuel flow to carbs means your petcock ain't right- this is independent of whether you have good or bad needle seats.

      Found a bad needle valve, now I need to order a new one. I also need ONE new o-ring for the needle valve seat. I don't want to have to buy an entire set from cycleorings again, if possible. Does an OEM needle/seat come with the o-ring?
