yes his bike "should" have VMs..but we all know that POs do weird stuff and that is why I said to throw up a picture. Don't know if CVs would be a direct fit in place of VMs but who knows what a PO did so I always ask.

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.

Which is exactly why I said "should" instead of "has".

I don't always just type away because I like the sound of the keyboard clicking, I try to choose my words carefully.

Me either...that's why I asked him for pics. Anyone can ask question after question. And he obviously has asked HOW to ID them..which a picture is worth 10,000 key strokes.

Ok, I have VM's, not sure if I feel any love from ole Steve or not, lol. But thanks either way.

I clearly have an aftermarket tank, so there is not a PRIme, .....only ON, oFF, and reserve.

Terminology is clearly an issue, which was the point of the pictures, then they clear up any issues with that most easily... Again, thank you all for the info and replays.

I bought this bike to learn, and learning is happening for SURE...
