Hi guy's. with out doing all kinds of searches I'am looking for info. on carbs. that will work in place of BS34 mikuni's . I've got an 81 1100e & am looking for some flat slides. khein or mikuni.. I'd like to go to 36-40mm. Does anyone know why I could not use khein.. & are there other carbs. not fuel injected I could use?

I'm using 36 mm off an 1150. Added a stage 3 Dynojet kit since I have pods & a pipe. Pulls much stronger than stock for 1/4 of what flat slides cost. I know fs will give more outright power but IMHO the 36's were excellent bang for the buck.80 gs1100 16-v ported & polished, 1 mm oversize intake valves, 1150 carbs w/Dynojet stage 3, plus Bandit/gsxr upgradesComment
