One more question about air fuel mixture screws

Are all four screw supposed to screw down the same amount? the ones on the outer sides 0 0 0 0 don't seem to want to screw down as far as the inner ones at least without more resistance ie turning harder, is this normal? Right now im waiting for my used carb boots to arrive
    Thanks !!

To answer your question: not necessarily.

Now, my turn to ask a question. WHAT BIKE ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT??

    Yes, it makes a difference.

Also, it is apparent that you have not yet cleaned and refurbished your carbs, or you would not be experiencing such differences.

And why did you bother with "used carb boots"?
