not sure where to post . gs450 carbs

What's a compete carb set for a 1981 gs450l worth? They were disabled for cleaning, but never cleaned or reassembled? All parts are labeled and bagged.

I would rerassemble them and then ask 100.00 at least. Maybe 125ish. Or dip and rebuild them and ask more seeing they are ready to go at that point.

I dont have cash to rebuild them right. I assemble them and will post them on Ebay along with the side plastics. Thanks.

A rebuild will only run you $40 dollars roughly - $18 for the can of Berryman's and maybe $25 for the orings from Robert Barr.

True enough...Berrymans is 20.00 at Wally World and the orings from Robert would be around 23 if I remember right. Of course there are the bowl gaskets as well.

Be straightforward about your carbs' condition/situation and they should sell quick- personally, I prefer to reassemble stuff like this myself.
