GS1100 needle and seat valves mixed up.

I have the needle and seats from my GS1100 sitting on my bench but they are all mixed up.

Do I buy new ones or keep the original?
The bike has done low KM.

Basically all the carb parts got mixed together by accident... well that's my story.

ultrasonically cleaned everything just wanting to know if I should replace the needle and seat.

I have new O-rings and gaskets etc.

I would rig up an auxillary fuel source and bench test them first.
Put the carb rack in a vise,at the same angle they would be on the engine, and if they don't leak, you are good, and if they do,you won't have to pull them off the bike to change them.
