    Anyone running a stage 1 dynojet kit and K&N filter combo

    Its a pretty easy thing to remove and replace BSW30 carbs so I was wondering if anyone had tried this. I would be using OEM exhaust.

    I have stage 3, K&N pods and a 4 into 1. No problems.

      So plug and play eh? Where did you get the pipe? Got any identifying markings that I could use in a search.

        Its a pipe i threw together from what i could find.
        Suppost to be a header from a GS1100 racebike. Yosh carbon can from a gsxr 600.
        Not very "period correct"!

          Pretty sure you want a Stage 3 kit, JR. Not very difficult to do, as long as your carbs are clean and you know how to do plug chops.

            But wont the stock exhaust be too restrictive?

            These bikes never really had an aftermarket following so the few headers I have seen for it are rare.
