      That's not the 80 leverless petcock

      The lever may not move due to being spray painted, or the gasket is just hard

      Squirt some penetrating oil around where the lever goes into the petcock body

        Im gonna take into wrk tomo and blast it then ill soak it. Should work. Just glad its not the dread petcock.

          RIGHT is out of "80's" tank. LEFT is out of 78' Skunk tank.

            The one on the left is not OEM. It's a Pingel aftermarket valve.
