need help reading my spark plugs on my gs550

I finally got my bike running again after I cleaned the carbs and replaced the 2 ripped carb boots ( the 2 in the center). I have a 4 into one header with cone muffler and K & n filters and it was running okay but not perfect. I tried a different muffler which is basically a straight pipe and it didnt run well at all. It bogged way down and almost stopped running trying to move from a stop light up a slight hill.

I switched the main jets to 115's when I first got the bike and it ran okay with the ripped boots and cone muffler but I not sure what size the pilots are.

when I got it home I took the 2 out side plugs (which are brand new since I got the bike running today )out and snapped a few picks...

can some one help me read what is going on?

here is the left outside plug

Right one super rich, left one may be lean, can't tell from that pic.

Your carbs need work if they are that different.

I'd start with strippping them down and cleaning the whole thing thoroughly, put new O rings in them, then synching and adjusting them.
Of course the valves need to be adjusted first. You should replace the O rings in the intake boots too.

Then do proper plug chops so we know what we are looking at.

You haven't even told us which type carburetors you have.

I just took the carbs apart and cleaned them and added new o rings to the carb boots. I have not synced them nor do i know how

they are the stock mukini carbs for the gs550

Besides a complete carb rebuild, you have some additional tuning to do as well.

Again, which type carbs? It's important.

Did you adjust the valve clearances? It's important.

Poor synch can cause it to run like your plugs show. It's important.

A suggestion that is made to all newbies that ask for advice. Please go to your profile and put your location and the year and make of your bike(s).

Oh yeah... you still have lingering carb problems.
