    Thanks eil, that was the answer I was looking for! I didn't think I had intake o-rings but I just wanted to make sure. So I just need the CV(BS) o-rings from cycleorings then?

        Do your self a big favor, replace every JIS screw you can with metric allen SS fasteners and lock washers. Not only does it look better, it is easier to work with. I got all mine from Fastenal.

        Stuff I've done to my bike:dancing: 1100E front end with new Sonic springs, 1100E swing arm conversion with new Progressive shocks installed, 530 sprockets/chain conversion, new SS brake lines, new brake pads. New SS fasteners through out. Rebuilt carbs, new EBC clutch springs and horn installed. New paint. Motor runs strong.

              Z-1 Enterprises also carry the Allen headed bolts for the engine casings and carbs in stainless steel. I ordered a set from them for about $25 Got way more than I needed but all lengths and sizes were in the package. Priced at the local supplier it would have been over $100 for the same thing.

                Yeah I got the kit for my bike as well, nary a JIS screw left on my bike.
