Posted float hts in the manual are the menial range settings. Those two carbs may reguire a higher setting to get the fuel to shut off. Raise the hts 1 MM and try them again. Be sure the gaskets arent rubbing on the floats and that the needle raises and falls without fail several times while the bowls are off too. Check these before raising the hts though.

Hook up a slave line and just hand hold the carbs level and see if they stop leaking. Didnt happen to cut an oring on the float seats when installing them did you? little vaseline helps get them in without snagging and tearing.

i put 4 new one in trying to fix the problem , knowing my luck it will be some thing simple lol

i used this to refer to CV Carburetor Rebuild Tutorial By Ed Ness

and i made the screw to check the fuel level , but i did all 4 at once ,

Are the new needles and seats precisely the same as the old ones?

Blocked vents will do that too. No caps or blockage on the vents???

No...they should NOT be capped or obstructed is what I was saying. The carbs need the vents to equalise for atmospheric pressure and operate right.
