Three and four hot, one and two not... help!

So three and four are scorching hot and one and two are pretty hot, but not nearly as hot as they should be. Anyone know what this might be off the top of their heads? Bike is on center stand when I checked and carbs have been dipped and new o-rings less that 500 miles ago. Any help would be great

Edit: this is just sitting at idle also... baffle came out and bike is way too loud to ride at this time of night

Sync the carbs. 1-2, 3-4, 2-3.

Good call. I did sync them recently but I've adjusted the mixture screws some since then. I'll give that a try!

Sounds as if you have 1 & 2 set richer than 3&4. Check the plugs. And if you are running on the center stand I would have a fan blowing on the motor to help keep it cool
