I've read threads about some of the other bits in the kits being bad, but not the gaskets. I've got them on my 850, and don't see any difference vs OEM.https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B9zH8w8Civs8ejBJWjdvYi1LNTg&resourcekey=0-hlJp0Yc4K_VN9g7Jyy4KQg&authuser=fussbucket_1%40msn.com&usp=drive_fs

I usually make my own any more. Most parts besides the float needles aren't needed and gaskets are pretty costly for what they are.

K&L gaskets are fine.
It's the only aftermarket kit I will use but only if I do not have stock stuff.1983 GS 1100E w/ 1230 kit, .340 lift Web Cams, Ape heavy duty valve springs, 83 1100 head with 1.5mm oversized SS intake valves, 1150 crank, Vance and Hines 1150 SuperHub, Star Racing high volume oil pump gears, 36mm carebs Dynojet stage 3 jet kit, Posplayr's SSPB, Progressive rear shocks and fork springs, Dyna 2000, Dynatek green coils and Vance & Hines 4-1 exhaust.
1985 GS1150ES stock with 85 Red E bodywork.

I ordered some aftermarket float bowl gaskets when rebuilding the carbs for my 750. Unfortunately, I don't remember which ones I bought now or where I bought them from. But I do remember that they didn't fit right. The looked right, but were just a hair too long in one direction and at least one of the holes was off.
Z1 Enterprises likely has K&L float bowl gaskets and I'm positive that they would take them back if they didn't work for you.
Also most of us just reuse the existing gaskets if they are not torn.

I get a 4 pack from Sirius Consolidated out of Canada for 9.00 plus shipping . On the home page select Suzuki and then carb parts. Even with the3 shipping they are the cheapest i have found yet and havent had any leaks so far.MY BIKES..1977 GS 750 B, 1978 GS 1000 C (X2)

NEVER SNEAK UP ON A SLEEPING DOG..NOT EVEN YOUR OWN.
I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.
