Ran a bunch, My 2 favorites were the Vance and Hines Header with out a baffle and also the Kerker Pro pipe with No Baffle, Never had a noise ticket either but she would pull 12,600 in top gear on the 401 in evasion mode, sweet sound I miss hearing that . Mike

That header chart 2 only horsepower increase? That seems wacky? If so how would a big street motor do with stock pipes HP wise? Just wondering. Less Police chases with quiet exhaust as you can silently slink away ha ha Mike not that anyone does that nowadays!!!

What internals did you run when spinning the 1100 mill to almost 13K?

There is nothing misleading about the chart I published. The data was collected by Joe Minton, who published a bunch of great magazine articles back in the day about hot rodding UJM's.

Modding the bike through the use of pods and more extensive rejetting is another step in the modding process, so knock yourself out and mod away. I think Minton published some info about that too but as I recall, the real gains came when moving to larger than stock carbs.

I'll try to dig into my magazine archive this weekend and see what I can find.

I found an old Bassani on eBay. Had to knock the dents out of it, but it sounds good with a SuperTrapp silencer and 14 plates.

              My kind of guy!

I don't mind loud music as long as it's good music, and in-line four with 4-into-1 is my favorite song.

I have a Bassani on my 83 Katana 1100 but it doesn't fit my 80 GS1100E. The collector has a plate on it that's marked for an 1100G
