    Carb help for a Newb

Ok, so I have read lots before asking this. I know that I will need to rejet my VM carbs when I make the move to PODS. At almost $200 per carb, we are looking at an $800 investment. But if all 4 jets come for 1 $200 price, that's a bit not reasonable. I have a 78 1000 with a 4 into 1 exhaust. Someone give me a brief rundown please. Thanks.

    um

A set of K&N pods is about $130 and jets are $5-8/ea

So, maybe $150 or so to go to pods

Go to the Z1 Enterprises website and check the costs.

ho gave you the $200 per carb price?

Ha!! I just Google'd carb jet kit, or something like that... Like I said, I don't know ANYTHING about carbs. I know there is a float & that old gas is no good in them.... that's about it. I will be thoroughly reading & RE reading that carb tutorial link that is on the PPP sticky.

        Thanks
