    Bandit 1200 Carb Choke Issue

Bought a 98 bandit with carb/pet cock issues. Put some gas in it and the gas ended up in the crankcase. I have rebuilt the carbs and pet cock as well as installed new spark plugs and changed the oil. Since I have put the carbs back on the bike runs really good and has loads of power. The issue that I am having is that when I start it up the choke does not operate correctly. When the choke is open the rpms do not increase, which makes it a little hard to start. Any information would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Tee

Please elaborate on what steps you took to clean the carbs, because it sounds like the enrichener circuits are plugged
