    pilot screw

    hello guys just a quick question refurbed carbs fitted pilot screws now im second guessing myself if ive put the washer oring and spring on in the right order .the carbs are off a gs750es . i have the jet then i put the spring on the the washer and the oring last as in the pointy end if any one could just clarify thats the correct order.ive tried looking on the net but no pictures or vids

    The spring goes on the pilot jet, then the washer with the smoother edges towards the pointy part of the jet. The rubber O - ring goes on last.

        The washer does two things.... keeps the oring flat and keeps the spring from chewing it up.

        I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.
