    You need a zinc plating setup. All those steel parts you stripped are going to rust all to crap when some moisture hits them.

      I have a guy local to me who does all my zinc plating cheap. All the steel parts get done and all the fasteners will be stainless steel
      1978 GS1085.

          Being a computer numbskull i somehow deleted most of the rebuild pics.

            Good god, I couldn't imagine trying to dial all those in I find it hard enough with just four....yikes

              So, I cheated a bit. After partially disassembling the carbs in an orderly fashion, I just never seemed to get back to them. I decided to send them out to Bill:chef1366 so he could do his magic.

              Here are some pictures after the rebuild:
