    Synching carbs

I have a GR650 which has 2 carbs/cylinders. When I checked the carb synchronization, I noticed that they were quite close at idle (@ 1300 RPMs) but at @ 3000 RPMs, one carb was definitely pulling more air than the other. I reset them so that at 3000 RPMs, they are now close, but at idle, a bit off. I figure at 3000 RPMs, that's where the cylinders really need to share the load. Is that a correct assumption? Anybody else run into this? Thanks!

Have you adjusted the valves recently?

Life is too short to ride an L.

Yes. Checked and adjusted within the last 300 miles.

I always set the idle at 2500 to sync carbs, been doing them that way for over 35 years. Ex-Suzuki dealer mechanic. Makes them run smoother at riding speeds.
