82 GS1100L carb parts
Hi everyone I'm cleaning and rebuilding a carburetor for a 82,GS1100L so far I got a rebuild kit but one set is missing the air fuel mixture screw. Can anyone tell me where I can get one, a set or a part number to look for it. I don't see it on the carburetor parts list. Thank youTags: None

Get rid of the carburetor kits as fast as you can, All the stock parts will clean up nicely after a 24 hr soak in carburetor cleaner and the O-rings and gaskets are probably all you need to replace. Robert Barr at (http://www.cycleorings.com) is an affordable source for the O-rings and the aftermarket gaskets at Z1 Enterprises are acceptable. Everything else should be Suzuki parts if you need replacements although there are aftermarket replacements for the diaphragms that I understand are pretty good. Carburetor kits are notoriously bad and factory parts are available.Last edited by OldVet66; 04-05-2016, 04:59 AM.http://www.thegsresources.com/_forum...ine=1440711157'78 GS1000E, Dyna-S ignition, Dyna Green Coils, K&N pods, Delkevic SS 4-1 exhaust, Dynojet Stage 3 jet kit, Russell SS Brake Lines, Progressive suspension, Compu-Fire series Regulator 55402 and Advmonster cree LED headlight conversion.

That was the idea, but previous owner over tightened the crap out of the air fuel mixture screw that one was broken so I had to carefully use a milling machine to get one out, and the main jets don't know why look as if someone hit it with a screwdriver. Only thing I saved was the pilot screws. Even the needle valve seats were shock those I also keep after having them on the ultrasonic for 5hrs
