The ones on 2 and 4 are vents and go over the top of the stock airbox, and then down the back of the airbox, and then between the swing arm and engine. The lower center ( larger diameter 0 is the fuel tube and it goes to the big nipple on the fuel cock. The one on 3 is the fuel cock vacuum and goes to the small nipple on the fuel cock. If you do not have a stock fuel cock and are using a manul shut off style such as a Pingel, then you must plug the hose on 3 or it will be a huge vacuum leak.

On the 550s the vents (on 2 and 4 like Chuck says) just go through the little hoop on the airbox lid and end there.

      How about the "after" pictures?
