Help! First time reconstruction! SO MANY HOSES! 1979 GS1000l

Just bought the bike. Trying to put it together. Tank is a mess and I don't know how the gas lines and overflows work. So many nipples and not enough explanation! 4 carbs and 7 nipples I know about!

There are a lot of manuals here

    The fSM has routing diagrams

You should have 4 fuel overflow hoses (one on each bowl), 2 float bowl breathers and one fuel inlet.

      Not that complicated??
      Current:
Z1300A5 Locomotive (swapped my Intruder for it), GS450 Cafe Project (might never finish it....), XT500 Commuter (I know - it's a Yamaha )

      Past:
      VL1500 Intruder (swapped for Z1300), ZX9R Streetfighter (lets face it - too fast....), 1984 GSX750EF, 1984 GSX1100EF (AKA GS1150)
And a bunch of other crap Yamahas....

Now that's funny! Which is which? Where are they supposed to be routed?

The 4 carb bowl overflows go down between the back of the motor and the swingarm pivot, I think the 2 float bowl breathers go over the top of the airbox and under the seat, the fuel line goes to the fuel tap (the big spigot) and the vacuum hose goes from the fuel tap (small spigot) to one of the carb manifolds (usually #2).
